Main applications

The cutter is used in cutting all leaves, seedcases, roots, vines, herbs, fruits and seeds for medical use and agricultural products; it can cut the materials into 45° degree oblique pieces.

Main features

The cutter uses polyurethane conveyer belt that has the merits like abrasion-resistant, cutting-resistant, continuous working. It can adapt to the material-entering quantity spontaneously, suitable for cutting granule and fine granule, its wastage is no more than 3%. The whole machine is easy to operate, clean, maintenance and will not pollute the drug material. This is in line with the requirement of GMP.

Working principle

The tailor-made conveyer belt and the material-pressing system make the material move on step-basis. The cutting blade which is in linear movement cuts the material directly on the conveyer belt.
